Adv. Tony has extensive knowledge and experience leading complex and wide-ranging real estate transactions, including combination transactions, group transactions, commercial and private sales transactions, etc.
Adv. Tony also provides legal advice and representation in urban renewal transactions, including National Outline Plans No. 38/2-3 and Evacuation-Building plans, and function as court receiver, focusing on the realization of mortgages.
Adv. Tony also provides complimentary legal advice to corporations, starting from the establishment stage through day-to-day business activities and liquidation, such as M&A transactions, franchise agreements, distribution transactions, etc.
Adv. Tony currently functions as a member of the Tel Aviv Municipality's Urban Renewal Committee and as a member of the Bar Association's Committee for Urban Renewal. Previously, he functioned as a prosecutor at the Bar Association's Disciplinary Court.
